My Project: Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Pudding

Alterations: I made my version in a pyrex dish (rather than individual servings in jars). I put the chocolate/pb mixture higher up in the layering so that it wouldn’t create too firm of a base at the bottom (per Bakerella’s suggestion).
Thoughts: This is a really yummy dessert by Bakerella, but it is also very filling. The chocolate peanut butter layer tastes like a melted Reeses (so good)! Making as much as the recipe calls for, for only two people, yielded way too much leftover (if there is such a thing). This dessert might be better served at a party (in a trifle dish), where a lot of people are going to dig in. It’s one of those “close your eyes and eat it” desserts that everyone will enjoy!
